Spritzguss in Perfektion

We are producing in three shift operation, 6 days per week on more than 40 semi-automatic injection moulding machines with clamping forces of  250-6500 KN. We produce technical plastic parts and assemblies for the automotive and entertainment electronics industry and other consumer items. We also specialize in the production of writing supplies and plastic parts in medical technology with a weight of 0,01-1000 g.

We overmould stamped and turned parts as well as aluminum componets on modern production untis, with automatic (robot / handling) or manually loading.

On our 2K units, we produce hard-soft compounds for the automotive and entertainment electronics industries.

The production of optics (fiber optics, reflectors), as well as the insert and in-mould technologies proceed in seperate production areas.

We are manufacturing with 60 different plastics. Beginning with standard thermoplastics (PS,PP) to high performance plastics such as PBT, PPS, POM, ABS, PC/ABS, PPO, SAN, PMMA, with a variety of fillers e.g. fibreglass, glass balls, teflon, molybdenum sulphide, carbon fibre etc. .
