For prototypes made of other materials such as aluminum, steel, sheet metal of plastics of all kinds we are writing CAM milling programs based on the customers CAD data. We are milling even the most complex parts in a very short time on our conventional or HSC machines.


5-axis milling

If manufacturing with single clamping isn't possible on a 3-axis machine we use our 5-axis machines. Efficient production of models and small series is possible. Better surface finish can be obtained by moving the tool tangentially about the surface.
