Printing

For imprint plastic parts we use two different techniques:

Pad printing

Pad printing is the most often used method. We’ve obtained a lot of know how over a long period of time. Using pad printing it is possible to imprint curved surfaces.

We utilise semi-automatic mashines, which deliver reproducible and economically efficient images. For certain materials pretreatment is neccesary. However required we use chemical or physical techniques to increase the surface tension such as: flame impingement, plasma treatment (varnishing), bonding agents or fluorination.

In corporation with our paint suppliers we achieve high abrasion resistance and adhesion, a clear print image with consistant shade, and an optimised gloss level. This applies to one or multi component printings with different ink systems regarding RAL or Pantone.

Screen printing

Screen printing is a direct printing technique for level or slightly curved components. It delivers a perfect print image greater paint application. We use machines for single print.

For both of the techniques we have great capacity for great quantities, reasonable one-time costs and economical solutions for technically sophisticated tasks.
